While such resources expand the possibilities in how we serve our end-customers, the growing implementation of customer-direct cloud-based services can disrupt the value our partners bring to their customers. In these situations, we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to our valued partners whom, without your trusted expertise and collaboration, the experience of our collective customer would be greatly impaired.

Over the last four years, we have been recognized for our extraordinary resources and support across sales and marketing, dealer protection policies, technical support and shipping policies in the annual CE Pro Quest for Quality Awards.

Of particular note, our Dealer Protection Policies further emphasize our commitment to you, in that we ensure all dealers are authorized to sell our products to avoid unauthorized online resellers. We are thoughtful and strategic in selecting our partners so that we enable each of you to grow and foster your business.

When our partners join our network, they gain access to our Nice Store, which provides real-time inventory status, order entry, processing and tracking, and order history for re-orders. The store is also accessible from mobile and desktop computers with simple UI for a seamless ordering process.

By working with us, you tap into one of the industry’s largest sales and support teams that can provide unmatched assistance as you grow your business. A key portion of this includes our extensive training and certification programs that enable our partners to take their expertise to the next level. In the last year, we launched two dynamic tools that are poised to boost partner performance:

  • Nice Partner Portal – Our all-in-one, user-friendly, and secure resource, that enhances your partner experience, accelerates sales across different business lines, products and solutions and streamlines your interaction with our teams.
  • Nice University – Our custom programs that offer curated training opportunities, which give you the chance to co-own the learning process by monitoring your company's education progress.

Our goal in offering these resources stretches beyond supporting your professional growth. Our partnerships are designed to promote collaboration, empowerment, and ultimately our shared success.

Last year, we received more than 20 industry awards honoring the exceptional design and innovation of our products and solutions. We are constantly communicating with our partners to understand your market needs so we can develop product efficiencies that address your customers’ evolving demands.

As a result, we made a strategic decision to launch Sun Shades by Nice, our first line of shading solutions, and develop the Nice HR40 Multifunction Smart Home Remote, which offers an enhanced user experience, among other key product launches and developments.

We depend on you, our channel partners who are on location with the end-users, to represent the voice of the customer. It is because of your trusted customer relationships that we can identify opportunities to enhance and expand our portfolio. This allows us to offer the best program in the industry for our dealers – regardless of size – to increase margins and maximize buying power.

At Nice, we are a single vendor for the majority of home automation needs. Since our acquisition of Nortek Security & Control in 2021, we have been laser focused on strengthening our position as an industry leader in North America by converging a vast product portfolio under one unified brand.

Last year, this was through the convergence of legacy brands ELAN®, SpeakerCraft®, and Panamax® Energy Management to the Nice brand name. Now, we begin the next phase by transitioning all offerings from the Linear Access and Surveillance brand.

This strategic move allows us to combine the rich history and reliability of our legacy brands with the Nice standard of design and quality, which enables us to deliver the most complete, integrated product ecosystem in the industry for residential, commercial and perimeter protection applications.
